this is a bacnet protocol stack designed for the development oflow-volume bacnet-compliant applications that run on microsoftwindows, including 32-bit and native 64-bit applications.
new in v6.5:this release supports ashrae standard 135-2010 bacnet, except fornetwork security and global group object types, and all services(see note *).
bacnet routing: this product cannot be used to createa bacnet router or a multi-device gateway
operating systems supported: windows xp, windowsserver 2003, windows vista, windows server 2008, windows 7, windowsserver 2008 r2, windows 8, windows server 2012, windows 8.1,windows server 2012r2.
development environment supported: microsoft visualc++.
code provided: dynamic-link libraries (dlls), thebacstac service (a windows service), and example programs (c/c++source code).documentation provided: installation guide, user's guide, andprogrammers reference.
important note: a specific usb dongle is required torun the software. one dongle is included, and additionaldongles can be purchased from cimetrics. for medium- andhigh-volume applications, b1060 bacnet software for windows mightbe more appropriate.
