通过抑制环氧化酶(前列腺素h合酶)，对cox-1亚型具有更高的选择性，阻止前列腺素的产生。抗血栓作用是由于cox-1在血小板中的抑制作用，阻止血栓形成和血小板聚集。对结直肠及其他实体肿瘤有化学预防作用。

aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug.[1][2] it occurs as white crystalline powder[2] and is derived from salicylic acid.[2]
