? the meaning of having weekends is to relax托福独立口语范文：i think students should relax and socialize during weekends instead of studying for at least three reasons. first of all, students should learn to alternate work with rest, which is important for improving the study efficiency. as in my high school age, lots of students studied every day and night, but they never got the result they wanted. however, the students who relaxed and socialized during weekends studied better in the classes. secondly, social skills are as important as study for students’ development. there are lots of students who have no social skills cannot find a good job after graduation. finally, the meaning of having weekends is to relax, because people need rest after a whole week of study, it’s a scientific law.

when working or studying, different from those who enjoy themselves in quiet places, i would rather listen to music and i have been used to that as well. there are some reasons for my choice. first of all, the music is effective enough to block out the noise that may unexpectedly disturb the thinking. it is difficult to find a place completely without any distraction, especially in the working environment where there are occasionally communication concerning work details. under these circumstances, music is an easy access to block out the noise which is much more distractive in compassion to music. moreover, music can cheer me up. i prefer rap and r & b, with a fast rhythm, which makes me energetic in the process of dull work.
